Orders
Minimum opening order is $200 and reorder $100.
Backorders will be shipped without notice.
All customers must supply Forgotten Shanghai with their state tax number.
The wholesale prices listed on this website apply to retailers only. Trade
customers without a physical retail storefront or catalog are eligible to buy
from us. Please ask us for applicable pricing.
Payment Terms
Prepayment of opening orders is required. Prepayment must include
freight charges.
$20 fee will be charged for payments by wire transfer.
Shipping
All Orders are shipped FOB San Francisco, California.
Special routing and handling instructions will be done at Forgotten
Shanghai's discretion.
Returns/Claims
Most Forgotten Shanghai products are handcrafted. There may be some
slight variations in colors, texture and finish. These are not considered
flaws.
Please examine your order upon arrival for an discrepancies. Any
shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier. All
other claims must be submitted in writing to Forgotten Shanghai within 10
days of receipt.
No returns will be accepted without a Forgotten Shanghai Return
Authorization (RA) number. All cartons must be identified with this
number. Returns must be received in their original condition.
Returns may be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
Unauthorized returns and refused shipments will be charged a 20%
restocking fee and all freight charges.
All cancellations must be requested in writing and confirmed by Forgotten
Shanghai.
Late Payment
Late charges of 1.5% per month will be charged to all past due accounts.
Customer agrees to pay all collection cost and attorney fee if applicable.
Delinquent accounts will be reported to Dun and Bradstreet,
Manufacturers Credit Cooperative and other credit bureaus.
